Note: if you reset your device. this will erase all data that you have in your device.(Contacts save in the phone, Text messages, pictures, videos, etc.)

turn off your device

remove Memory Card.press and hold Volume up key and POWER button at the same time until you see the recovery options.

use down/up volume key to choose wipe data/factory reset then press POWER BUTTON to select.

use down/up volume key to choose yes -- delete all user data then press POWER BUTTON to select.

now reboot device.
