Skype problems: how to add contacts?

Hi .. Try resetting your skype app to its original settings.. Just what a technical troubleshooting being done to a phone or a device..

* Please don`t forget your password and username before attempting to do this because it will sign you off out of Skype..Hope everything`s clear

here is a simple guide to do it..1.Exit Skype :From the system tray >> right click on the skype icon and click "Quit Skype"

2. Click Start >> Run Type: %appdata% Rename folder "Skype" to "Old_Skype"3. refresh/ reload your sytem using F5 key..

4. Now Relaunch your Skype.
