* Close all application by going to the application manager* After you close the apps that is running reboot your device.* If these does not fix the problem, save all contents/files/contacts/pictures/music because you will proceed to hard reset.Note (Before performing hard reset remove SD card and backup all the files because it will wipe all data)* If your done in hard reset but no changes, Try using other charger that fit and working on your device.* If these option did not fix the problem, The main battery of the device has a problem it needs to replaced.
