Various speculations regarding the tablet

Rumors are spreading that the tablet is being manufactured for a more budget-friendly tablet.

Eighty-eight percent of the 375 million new smartphones shipped worldwide were running an Android operating system, according to a new report from Strategy Analytics.

Furthermore, reports suggest that the new Nexus 7 will comes with a 64 GB memory, a 13-megapixel camera supported by a 5100 mAh battery. Regarding this problem Google has officially confirmed that the problem does not reside in the device's hardware, but in its firmware, and that Google are working on rolling out the firmware updates necessary to make the fingerprint scanner gestures work on Nexus devices. For the ones who think of it as being a third-party OS can rest assured.

Whether the Google Nexus 7 will be launched with a different brand or not, it is expected to run on the newest hybrid operating system (OS) Andromeda. It is also possible that the new device will feature a USB-C port for a more efficient connectivity that will result to faster data transfer and charging.

The Fingerprint Scanner Gestures feature that has been showcased for Google Pixel and Pixel XL do not work on their Nexus smartphone series because of an OS problem.

Google Pixel and Pixel XL cell phones will be sold on the web and through various multi-brand retail locations from today, as the pursuit giant ventures out into the most aggressive telephone market in the world.

News has also stated that Huwaei is the manufacturer of the Google Nexus 7 tablet, which will be the first time Google has partnered with the company. He also revealed that the device is now in development, and it is expected to be shipped out to the market before the end of the year.

Will the Google Nexus 7 2016 tablet be the end of the line for Nexus devices under Google? This feature is also expected to be implemented into Nexus devices coming this new patch release.

However, Huawei refuses to either confirm or deny the possibility and simply released a statement through their PR representative saying, "We don't comment on future products, as a matter of policy".
